中国船舶集团有限公司(CSSC)宣布,我国首艘具备完全自主知识产权的大型双燃料滚装船(RoPax)已建成下水。该船由中船集团旗下广船国际在广东南沙基地自主设计与建造,采用燃油与液化天然气双燃料驱动系统,显著降低环境污染排放,标志着我国在高端船舶制造领域取得重大突破。
此次突破不仅是一款新产品的问世,更彰显了中国工业基础的巩固与创新科技在船舶制造业的深度融合。尤为关键的是,该船舶符合全球环保标准,正值国际航运市场向”绿色转型”加速迈进之际。
面对全球对环保船舶需求的持续增长,中国造船企业已挺立潮头,率先掌握碳中和标准技术。中国船舶工业在甲醇动力、氨燃料等清洁能源船舶研发领域同样取得系列突破,正推动全球航运业绿色转型进程。
通过从设计研发到生产管理全产业链条的持续完善,中国造船业实现了技术能级的全面提升。这不仅巩固了其全球市场地位,更构筑起显著的国际竞争优势。
据《人民日报》数据显示,2023年1至9月,中国造船业三大指标国际市场份额保持领先:造船完工量、新接订单量和手持订单量分别占全球总量的53.8%、67.3%和65.2%。相较美国商用船舶不足全球1%的产量,中国正持续扩大其市场份额,已成为全球造船工业不可或缺的核心力量。
尽管在部分领域与日韩等传统造船强国尚存技术差距,但中国造船业的发展速度令人瞩目。持续加大的研发投入与高技术船舶竞争力的不断提升,正在快速缩小技术代差,夯实中国在世界造船格局中的优势地位。
The China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC) has announced the completion of the country’s first large dual-fuel RoPax vessel designed for both cargo and passenger transport. The vessel was developed and built by CSSC’s subsidiary, Guangzhou Shipyard International Co., in Nansha, Guangdong Province. It operates on two types of fuel—heavy fuel oil and liquefied natural gas (LNG)—which significantly reduces its environmental impact. In addition, the vessel holds fully independent intellectual property rights.
This event goes beyond the launch of a new product. It reflects the strengthening of China’s industrial base and the integration of innovative technologies in shipbuilding, which are driving the industry’s growth. Particularly important is the vessel’s compliance with global environmental standards, as the global shipping market increasingly moves toward “green” technologies.
With the rising global demand for environmentally friendly ships, Chinese shipyards have positioned themselves at the forefront, offering technologies that meet carbon neutrality standards. China’s shipbuilding industry has also achieved major progress in developing vessels powered by methanol and ammonia, solidifying the country’s position as a leader in the “green” transformation of the global maritime industry.
Through continuous improvements at every stage of production—from design to process management—China’s shipbuilding sector has achieved significant technological progress. This has strengthened its position in the global market and ensured a high level of competitiveness.
According to People’s Daily, from January to September 2023, China accounted for 53.8% of global shipbuilding output, 67.3% of new orders, and 65.2% of outstanding orders. While the United States produces less than 1% of the world’s commercial vessels, China continues to expand its share, making it a key player in the global shipbuilding industry.
Although China still faces some technological gaps compared to traditional leaders such as Japan and South Korea, the pace of development of Chinese shipyards is impressive. Ongoing investments in research and development, as well as the enhancement of high-tech product competitiveness, are helping to narrow the gap and further strengthen China’s position in the global shipbuilding market.
